What is a ReSourcing Session?

ReSourcing sessions weave quantum energy healing within the Akashic field.

Akashic Records/field is the energetic library of our soul. It is where all soul memories, gifts, wisdom, traumas, karma, and understanding are stored. Every person/soul has an Akashic field to access. Think of it as the energetic DNA of the soul.

When connecting to your Akashic field, what we are doing is connecting to your highest self, the soul aspect of you that holds all knowledge. As well as connecting to the Source of all that is and the spirit beings of love that support your journey from the energetic realms.

From this space, we use quantum healing to heal trauma, karma, loops, and wounds from their source, be it from this life or another. We can also access and activate our soul’s gifts, higher understanding, psychic abilities, higher awareness, and our dharmic path.

Every journey is unique to you, perfectly orchestrated for your highest good. The best way to describe the experience is a visceral meditative journey.

These 1.5-2 Hour Energetic Journeys can be profound and life-changing, yet they are gentle and full of safety and grace.

These sessions are great for ending long-standing patterns, mental loops, ancestral and family karma, unconsciously held trauma, and physical pain connected to stored stress and trauma.

My session with Kristy was one of the most powerful healing sessions I’ve ever experienced. I am an energy healer myself and have experienced many, many different healing modalities, all leading to a lifelong journey of becoming authentically whole, but none were like this. Kristy’s loving, soft, and gentle manner made me feel so safe, held and so SEEN.

And yet this gentleness rendered itself into a powerful goddess/ healer that intuitively helped me to release my core wound, the Mother wound.
