Since childhood, Kristy has carried with her an innate maternal instinct that led to working with children and families from a young age. There is a gentle grace she embodies that children love and families adore. Throughout her journey of life, she has been led down a deeply spiritual path that has encompassed all areas of life. Along with her childbirth education, she has studied early childhood education, holistic nutrition, yoga, breathwork, reiki & energy work, and meditation. Her practices and learnings have led to great wisdom of nervous system regulation, emotional processing, & spiritual evolution.
It is her belief that preparing for parenthood in a conscious and intentional way, birthing through nature’s design, and raising families in intentional loving environments is one of the greatest blessings we can give to our children and earth. By taking the time to heal ourselves from our own birth stories & childhood experiences, bring our body & nervous system into harmony, create community, learn to integrate our emotional body, and educate ourselves on our bodies & their amazing abilities; we can provide a life for children that is remarkable. We can welcome them into a family of deep love and compassion. What this offers them is opportunities beyond our wildest dreams. They will be able to love and support humanity in ways that we can’t even imagine.
Kristy believes wholeheartedly that we should return to the holistic, ancient roots of birthing and raising families while honoring the incredible advantages of modern life. Raising a family takes a village and we’ve moved away from the multifamily & community way of living. To come back to this and lean on each other for the wisdom and gifts we all offer weaves a life that is beautifully supported and full of joy.
Kristy is here to walk with families along the beautiful, incredibly important chapter of parenthood. Her weaving of love into spaces and people’s hearts creates a grace that fills life with incredible magic. This magical road of remarkable wonder can be the path to blissful birth and extraordinary parenthood.
