Preconception Counseling
Together we look into, discuss, harmonize, and upgrade your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health in preparation for planned conception. Over the course of 3-18 months we will do a deep dive into each persons health and wellbeing on every level, as well as the health of your relationship and home.
This work is for those that wish to offer the highest welcoming for their future child/children by creating the healthiest, happiest, most aligned environment within and without.
Full preconception packages include, but are not limited to:
-Health assessments for each partner + step by step detailed nutrition, detoxing, exercise, and supplementation recommendations based on desired conception timing.
-A home and lifestyle analysis + detailed recommendations for toxin and stress reduction. As well as recommendations that can increase health and wellbeing.
- Couples sessions to discuss various hopes, dreams, desires, fears, and questions about be coming parents. These offer a safe space for couples to bring forward anything within the relationship that could use harmonizing, a space to explore what kind of pregnancy, birth, and home life you wish to create for your family, and a space to learn what your different options and choices are regarding pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
- Indivdual and couples ReSourcing energywork sessions. These offer deep energetic clearings from trauma, karma, childhood wounds, as well as activate your intuition, open innate soul gifts, offer insight, activate your DNA, support physical body healing, and connect you with the souls of your future children.
- Recommendations on personal and relationship practices and rituals, conception altar creation, and creating ceremonial conception portals.
- Personalized self-study recommendations- Books, podcasts, and studies.
- Plant + flower + herbal medicine recommendations that may be supportive for your journey.
- Optional in-person individual or couple immersions and retreats. These can include cacao ceremonies, tea ceremonies, breathwork journeys, individual hands on energy work, bodywork, yoni steaming, womb blessing, conception blessing, ceremonial work, and more.
Every individual, couple, and family are unique including their needs and desires. Each package is created specifically for your family.
All of this work can be done remotely, but if you are in the SF Bay Area it may be done in person as well.

This offfering can be a stand alone offering for families or individuals as well as being apart of preconception counseling.
We are exposed to more toxins, chemicals, and unnatural ingredients that ever before in human history. Our diet, lifestyle, and household make a massive impact on our overall physical, mental, and emotional health. By moving to a more holstic way of living we can support ourselves, families, children, and future children. Making the switch, knowing what to prioritize, and whats most important can be overwhelming. I make the process easier, streamlined, and enjoyable.
Together we will meet in person or online to access your health and household. I will put together a personalized plan in priority order to implement in a way that is easy for you.
Items that we will address: How to lower toxin exposure in your home, detoxing, diet, supplementation, and lifestyle habits.
These consults are tailored to each individual/family and can be beneficial to anyone desiring to increase their overall health and wellbeing. If you are experiencing any of the following I especially recomend this: Infertility, MTHRF gene mutation(s), autism, autoimmune challenges, allergies, food sensitivities, fatigue, skin imbalances, cancer, unsolved health difficulties, chronic stress or if you are in the preconception phase of welcoming a child in.

Mentorship + Healing work
I offer individual healing session called ReSourcing sessions. These use quantum healing within the Akashic field to offer energetic clearing, physical healing, and soul activation.
For individuals whom are looking to elevate, expand, and anchor their next evolution of self, I offer mentorship containers that integrate ReSourcing sessions with health, wellness, and spiritual guidance.
All sessions can be done remote or in person.
