Holding the remembrance of how sacred intentional living is and how we can implement it in all areas of life. Sacred divine birthing is the space where Kristy holistical guides indivduals and couples in their next birth- be it be the next version of themselves, a new project, expanded family, or a new life.
ReSourcing Sessions
ReSourcing sessions are deep dives into the energetic world that dictates our reality.
We each have an Akashic field (Records/Library) that stores who we are on the higher energetic planes of consciousness. The process of healing/awakening/ascending/evolving is actually the process of this energy/our soul intelligence desending to reside with in our body in greater ways.
In these sessions I connect with your Akashic field and use Quantum healing to clear blocks, close old looping patterns, heal traumas, rewrite agreements, dissolve collective/ancestral/family karma, open your body’s innate healing abilities, activate your DNA and soul gifts, bring through guidance, and initiate you into your next highest level of soul embodiment.
Each session is unique, guided by your own higher intelligence for your highest good.
Preconception Counseling
As parents, we wish to give our children the best opportunities, ones we may not have had ourselves. With preconception counseling, we start the journey of doing just that. We offer the best possible start to life for your children coming in and create the most graceful, healthy journey into parenthood for both parents.
Together we look into your physical, emotional, & spiritual health to prepare to become parents (or become parents again).
Our well-being and physical health for 6-12+ months prior to conception can significantly impact pregnancy, fetal development, birth, & postpartum.
Whether you’re planning on becoming parents in 3 months or 3 years there are ways to prepare on every level and I am here to guide and walk with you on that journey.
Returning To Our Roots
As a Sacred Birth Keeper I focus on returning to, preserving, and honoring the natural hormonal birth process.
Our primal, intuitive nature & highly intelligent bodies know exactly how to birth when given the proper environment to feel safe. As a keeper of these sacred spaces, I support the physiological birth process in its natural unfolding.
I believe birth should be mother-led and family-centered. With mother claiming soul authority over her pregnancy and birth process. All while being completely supported in her journey.
I provide support for mothers and families from preconception throughout postpartum through intentional family planning, birth coaching, and postpartum care.
Birth Keeping
As a birth keeper, I support women, couples, & families in intentional family expansion through conscious conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I remind others of how sacred this process is and support them in creating the perfect path for how their family wishes to move through and honor this divine time. Together we create a holistic, intentional space for new life to be welcomed in and raised within.
In-person and remote options
I serve in person for consultations, coaching, energy work, and circles in Mill Valley, CA and surrounding areas.
Virtual consultations are available as well.
